Myleene and her very selective view of privacy

When the mothers at her daughters’ school asked Myleene Klass why she posted their emails organising a class present online, the former girlband star loftily responded: ‘If you’ve got a problem with it, talk to me in private.’

Myleene’s interest in privacy is certainly newfound and also hypocritical.

If she thought the schoolgate mums were greedy to ask her for £10 towards a birthday gift, then she should have told them so in person and be done with it. Instead, she generated some publicity for herself by shaming the mothers on the internet.

Unfortunately, the ultimate victims of Myleene’s indiscretion will be her daughters. The mothers will get over their hurt and indignation but they will certainly be wary of communicating with the Klass household again.
