My husband Paul and I were married in our garden at home. It was a private occasion with 150 guests and no magazine coverage or anything like that. We did it the old-fashioned way – and paid for it ourselves. Since we had been together for 17 years, people were probably thinking: why bother? But we thought: why not? There was no reason not to be married any more. Our daughter Beau was 14 and we were very secure in our relationship. Also,
