London’s long hauling

-

TURNOVER of players and the hectic nature of life in the English capital mean that the odds are forever stacked against London. Well, things are even worse for the Exiles in this year’s National League campaign as they will have no home games in the 2017 Division 4 campaign. Ruislip is currently being redeveloped with London County Board hoping work will be completed by the time Leitrim travel for the Connacht Championship in May. While there was some talk of them playing their home games at London Irish’s ground, it has been decided the Exiles will play all seven games in Ireland this time out, starting with their match against Waterford in Ardmore this afternoon. As if things weren’t hard enough for London manager Ciarán Deely and his players.
