Hamlet (HHH) at the Bord Gáis Theatre and now touring was billed as Shakespeare for the Game

Of Thrones generation. Now I know what that means: emotional overload and action at all costs. It also means having speeches divvied out between various characters, some of them spoken in chorus, cutting up scenes and inserting them elsewhere, keeping everyone active, and generally making sure that nothing stands still for long. I’m not sure if it would work for anyone who didn’t know the play. Obviously aimed at the young. I hope they can respond to it.
