The Scottish singer-songwriter’s brand of acoustic rock has always gone down well here. This, her fourth album, is a mature record from a woman who released her first more than ten years ago, though she is still not 30. Several songs, such as Dream On, Never Too Late and Feed My Fire, chart the demise of one relationship and the blossoming of another (both with soccer players, Stevie Lovell and then Richard Foster). This is a solid album of well-crafted, melodic songs that won’t lose her any existing fans.
