For starters, ‘so’ is an unworthy pick

-

Currently, the ‘in’ buzzword is for people to begin their answers to every interview question with ‘So’. The word ‘so’ means ‘therefore’ or ‘in that manner’. It indicates causality.

The use of ‘so’ at the beginning of an answer is illogical and inappropriate, as there is no preceding statement. So let that be an end of it. We could resolve to give up saying ‘so’ for Lent. We must continue to mow the long grass of verbiage and weed out the roots of passing fads.
