I’ve never seen anything like it!

FORMER Arsenal star Thierry Henry couldn’t hide his despair at the double corner whammy which cost his old side dear at the Hawthorns.

Henry, cross with Aaron Ramsey for allowing Craig Dawson to head home West Brom’s first, was simply seething with the entire Arsenal team for Dawson’s second goal.

Dawson was one of three West Brom players rising unmarked to score their team’s third goal. Henry stormed: ‘Three of them. All arriving at the same time. They probably all called for it. I’ve never seen anything like it.’

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, the player who was supposed to have been marking Dawson, admitted in a post-match interview on Sky: ‘We knew who their danger men were and we failed to stop them. Dawson’s got a run and attacked the ball really well for both goals.’

Former Liverpool defender Jamie Carragher then turned on Oxlade-Chamberlain, tweeting: ‘Will Oxlade mention he should’ve been stronger and blocked Dawson for the third from the corner rather than talking about someone heading it?!!’
