IS easy to think how TG4 will be less than impressed today as they are left to feed off crumbs after Eir Sport feasted by showing both the Kerry/Dublin and Tyrone/Donegal League games last night.

Mayo/Cavan hardly qualifies as a blockbuster, but it will still be easier on the eyes than Monaghan and Roscommon going at it in Inniskeen.

Without a stand-out fixture, it leaves today’s Allianz programme looking particularly malnourished and, surely, with the competition’s promotion in mind, holding one of last night’s big games over for today would have been a far better call.
