PRICE HIKE FOR SHOES AND TRAVEL

Clothing and footwear prices rose in February due to the ending of the January sales. Air fares and the price of motor cars were also up in the month.

Against that, the price of food fell, with lower prices across a range of products such as meat, jam, honey, chocolate and confectionery, according to the latest figures.
