WOMEN’S FEARS OVER MORTGAGES
More than half of women are worried about not being able to pay off their mortgage and do not have a private pension.
Just over 31% described their level of mortgage worry as ‘average’, while 7.5% said it was either ‘bad’ or ‘very bad’, a survey for HerMoney.ie finds. Over half of women interviewed don’t have a private pension with two out of three citing unaffordability as the reason for not having one.
