KBC HITS SAVERS WITH RATE CUT

KBC’s demand deposit rates have dropped to just 0.45% from 1.75% in September 2014 after the bank cut its rates once more this week. Its regular savings rates have also come down from a high of 4.5% a couple of years ago to just 1%. But average credit union deposit rates on demand are 0.6% and the best rate on record is 2%.
