‘Believe in everything for those 15 points...’

EDEN HAZARD has told Chelsea they must ‘believe in everything’ as they look to secure the five wins needed to win the Premier League title.

Fifteen points from their remaining seven games is enough to see off the challenge from second-placed Tottenham, whose manager Mauricio Pochettino said they will ‘fight right to the end’ after they thumped Watford 4-0 earlier in the day to reduce the gap to just four points.

But Chelsea’s victory restored their seven-point cushion and Hazard said: ‘We passed the test. We knew the Tottenham result before we kicked off and we did well. We have to believe in everything.’
