DUBLIN drivers are most likely to be clamped on Mespil Road in Ballsbridge, which has the greatest clamping enforcement of any area in the capital city.

Of more than 56,000 vehicles clamped in the city last year, Dublin City Council’s figures had Waterloo Road and Gardiner Street Lower in second and third place respectively.

Some of the other top clamping spots are Burlington Road and Ormond Quay Upper.

In total, Dublin City Council made €4.2m from clamping last year.
