Doctor, sailor, millionaire

FORMER master of Holles Street Dr Peter Boylan, who turns 65 this summer, is a millionaire property investor with a share in a €300,000 yacht. He has invested millions in partnerships set up by Derek Quinlan, including the Point Partnership which is understood to have just cashed in €21m for the sale of office units in Dublin.

Other partnerships hold valuable properties at locations such as Cork airport.

And he and his wife are directors of a legal medical firm based at the private wing of Holles Street hospital.
