Black sheep and their banned women

BOTH women have party-loving black sheep in their immediate families – and both will desperately be hoping they’ll be on their best behaviour at the wedding. However, Carole’s younger brother Gary Goldsmith and Jane’s youngest son Spencer Matthews have had their partners banned from attending. Shaven-headed Gary, 51, and wife Julie-Ann, right, have been married for five years, which would qualify her under Pippa’s ‘no ring, no bring’ rule but it seems this doesn’t apply to four-times married Uncle Gary, even though he is back in the fold after a humiliating newspaper sting at his Ibiza party pad, Le Maison de Bang Bang. In the case of reality TV veteran Spencer, 27, above, the exclusion is perhaps more diplomatic. James’s louche younger brother (and his best man), who rose to fame on Made In Chelsea, has boasted of sleeping with 1,000 women and having six-in-a-bed orgies. He has only been dating current squeeze, Dublin model Vogue Williams, 31, for four months. Winner: Carole Middleton
