250g tinned chickpeas, drained Juice ½-1 lemon 1 tbsp tahini (sesame seed paste) 1 tsp sea salt 1 garlic clove, finely chopped 5 tbsp olive oil SIMPLY blend together all the ingredient­s in a food processor, or with a hand blender, until you have a creamy paste.
