Ripping us all off

Recently, there has been a slew of personal injury claims withdrawn on the steps of court as evidence is produced to counter the supposed injuries received.

Claims like these, when successful, have sent all our premiums through the roof and in many cases leaving people unable to pay the cost of insurance.

There should be penalties for people who are not suffering long-term injuries who bring these spurious claims. It should be treated as a crime in itself.
