Misbehaving cyclists

THIS week, the Irish Mail On Sunday monitored a set of traffic lights for an hour, in which time 87 out of 90 cyclists broke the red light. What our experiment proves is that all road users, including cyclists, need to modify their behavior and respect the rules of the road.
