STEP SIX

-

Place your hands over the spine at the mid-point of the upper back to begin criss-cross and squeeze strokes. Both hands should be slightly angled towards each other, with the fingers of your right hand resting lightly over the fingers of the left. Stroke both hands directly out towards the opposite shoulders in a cross-over action.

Without breaking the motion, wrap fingers slightly over the front of the shoulders then, adding pressure to fingers and the heels of the hands, lift, roll and squeeze the flesh. Release pressure and pull hands back towards the mid-point so your arms are no longer crossed.

Glide hands out to the shoulders. Again let your fingers wrap over the top of the shoulder but this time slide the hands back without squeezing the muscles. Repeat two more times.
