Lewis Hamilton delivered the perfect lap at exactly the right time to leave his championship rival Sebastian Vettel firmly in the shade ahead of today’s Azerbaijan Grand Prix.

Hamilton finished ahead of Mercedes teammate Valtteri Bottas with Vettel down in fourth.
