THE tycoon husband of heiress Petra Ecclestone, pictured, is reportedly trying to tear up his prenuptial agreement.

The contract, signed in 2011, would have limited any payout to James Stunt from the daughter of Formula 1 billionaire Bernie Eccleston to £16 m (€18m). The latest twist in the couple’s bitter divorce arose during court hearings on Friday. Sources close to Ms Ecclestone say that Mr Stunt is attempting to secure a bigger slice of her fortune.
