Final team talk

Both squads got together an end-of-tour function at Auckland’s Sky City at midnight last night. Around 600 people, including friends and family, turned out. All Black captain Kieran Read said: ‘It’s something that’s kind of a little bit lost, but it’s awesome to have the odd chat with the Lions boys, and the guys we play against, I certainly still love that part of the game.’

Skipper Sam Warburton showed his good nature by voluntarily engaging in charity work less than an hour after full-time. The Welshman had not even changed into his suit before he was filming a promotional video for Robbie’s Rugby Festival.
