THIS pose tones your bottom, helps concentrat­ion and relieves your lower back.

With feet together and perfect posture, lift your right hand in the air, concentrat­e on a spot in front of you and inhale.

As you exhale, grab your left foot in your left hand behind your back, and gently lift the leg as high as possible behind you, leaning forwards as you do so. Hold for a count of five, breathing normally.

Gently lower your leg, return to the upright position and relax. Repeat on the other side.
