Brighton look to boost striking options with £12m bid for Zohore
BRIGHTON have offered £12million for Cardiff City striker Kenneth Zohore. The Premier League side had a £9m bid rejected last week while Hull City offered £11m but Cardiff want double that for Zohore (above). Brighton, who are managed by former Republic of Ireland international Chris Hughton, have considered a number of forward options including Everton’s Oumar Niasse and Liverpool pair Divock Origi and Danny Ings. They are also currently in talks to sign former Tottenham goalkeeper Pau Lopez from Espanyol. Lopez spent last season on loan at Tottenham and is hoping to conclude a permanent deal.
