Cool down, Tom!

In relation to the article by Tom Doorley (‘I cannot work with Marco Pierre White. I’m done with The Restaurant’, MoS, September 3): I find it hard to understand why Tom is getting so cranky. I am sure the least of Marco’s worries is what Tom Doorley thinks of him! Donal Corkery, Mallow, Co. Cork.
