No excuses

Ryanair is in chaos, and no amount of high-flying spin by Michael O’Leary, will change the fact that the airline is facing a backlash from the public over its decision to suspend and cancel flights due to rostering oversights and failures.

Time for Ryanair to accept full responsibility for its incompetence and ditch the usual self-praising propaganda the company usually pilots onto the airwaves. Vincent O’Connell, New Ross, Co. Wexford.
