Ronaldo sees double but finds net

- From Pete Jenson IN MADRID

CRISTIANO Ronaldo was hugged by a lookalike pitch invader dressed in full kit and then scored his first league goal of the season to give Real Madrid a 2-1 win away to Getafe.

Madrid struggled to break down their La Liga neighbours just three days before the visit of Tottenham Hotspur in the Champions League.

And early on it looked as if they were playing with 12 men when a spectator jogged on and seemed to go unnoticed as he made his way across to Ronaldo wearing the Madrid man’s No7 shirt. Unchallenged, he made it to his hero and there was a timid embrace before security finally reacted, with one steward ambling on to shepherd the imposter away.

A Marcos Llorente own-goal had cancelled out Karim Benzema’s opener but, Real’s all-time top-scorer struck with five minutes left to seal the victory.
