Ghan House hits right note with Night at the Musicals
I stayed in Ghan House once, about four or five years ago. A lovely 18th-century house, it’s just a stone’s throw from the centre of Carlingford, yet, once inside and cocooned in the comfort of the place, you could be a million miles away from anywhere. It was winter when I was there and what I remember most are the log fires and the candlelit dinners. They are hosting a ‘Night At The Musicals’ on November 16, featuring singers Sarah McCourt and Eve Bourton with a medley of music. The price is €65 and includes a five-course dinner with wine.
