Don’t tell others how to live, John
I am assuming all the problems we face in Ireland must happily be solved at this point in time. Plenty of affordable housing, a deal on the Brexit border and a good, functional health service.
That surely must be the case or otherwise Waterford TD John Halligan would never have announced his intention of going to North Korea to solve its problems.
However, for all the undoubted talents of Mr Halligan, Shane Ross and Finian McGrath, they are no match for Kim Jong-un, a despot who is quite happy to brutally dispose of family members.
Only when this hapless trio have solved all the problems of Ireland should we start telling others how to live.
