Pippa picks up mansion for €1.3m

As blogger extends retail range...

PIPPA O’CONNOR and husband Brian Ormond have splashed out a whopping €1.3m on a luxury pile in Kildare, the Irish Mail on Sunday can exclusively reveal.

The couple bought the fourbedroom house in the gated enclave of Churchfields in the K Club in August. Pippa, who has more than 250,000 followers on Instagram, and Brian previously lived in a rented home in nearby Ladycastle estate, also in the K Club.

But with Pippa’s businesses taking off they have now bought the Churchfields property, which boasts views over the golf course, and has plenty of room for sons Ollie, four, and Louis, 18 months, to play football.

As the MoS previously revealed, blogger Pippa can pull in upwards of €50,000 in a single weekend by staging one of her signature Fashion Factories, a workshop where participants can pick up tips on make-up and fashion.

This weekend, tickets for the first three Fashion Factories of 2018 sold out. And earlier this week, Pippa, whose Poco jeans were a hit when they first went on sale last year, extended her retail range when she launched two new lifestyle products: a €45 planner and a €42 candle.

A number of her followers did take to social media though to vent their frustration at the price of the products.

Pippa has shown herself to be a skilled businesswoman. Recent accounts from just one of her companies show she made over a quarter of a million euro last year alone.

The company Ronocco Style Ltd lists Pippa and Brian as its two directors. And it showed that during the period July 23, 2015, to September 30, 2016, the model built up profits of €288,149.

Brian, pictured above with Pippa, works alongside her, albeit in a background role.

A keen golfer, he is sure to make good use of the 18-hole golf course on the family’s new doorstep.

The mock-Tudor house was built in 2002 and plans for the property show that it has four bedrooms and multiple living areas. In August, Pippa revealed to followers that she had found her ‘forever home’, and divulged a few of the new house’s features that had sealed the deal for her.
