Go away, Bertie

THE cheek of Bertie Ahern to blast the British government over Brexit.

He did nothing for us when he was taoiseach. He jumped ship when he knew that the bank crash was about to happen, and went into hiding.

Now that he thinks the coast is clear, and that the public has forgiven him, he starts to interfere in anything and everything.

Bertie should stay away from interfering in this country and everything that goes with it. He had his chance and blew it.

The MPs Bertie insulted are trying to do something he never did when taoiseach – to help their country as best they can.
