Blame the parents

It’s about time our Government showed some backbone and dealt with the awful scourge of hooliganism that has become a plague in our society.

If underage children are continually exempted for crimes committed, surely parents must resume their responsibility, as is the case even with dog owners.

It’s high time our Government does what it was elected to do – govern. Mary Bolger, Dublin 3.
