Maximum coverage ...How to marry and blog at the same time

-

COCKING a snook at the A-listers’ more understated approach, Suzanne Jackson went full-on My Big Fat Blogger wedding when she wed Dylan O’Connor, left, in August, eclipsing even McIlroy and Fassbender in coverage. And with four dresses, a helicopter, a magazine deal, brand collaborations, and snapchatting her way to the ceremony in Powerscourt Hotel Suzanne said I Do to maximum coverage for her wedding day.

GERRY Ryan’s daughter Lottie Ryan, left, also took the plunge this year, twice in fact. In May, Lottie wed Italian beau Fabio Aprile in a ceremony in a village between Rome and Naples.

The couple’s wedding came two months after they tied the knot in a quiet registry office in Dublin.

IN 2017, the A-List went all low-key for their nuptials. While Michael Fassbender was eventually pictured with bride Alicia Vikander, right, through telephoto lenses, their relaxed Ibiza wedding was clearly a fun family affair that served to suit the pair’s simple yet stunning style. The couple said their vows in September on the party isle of Ibiza in a relaxed ceremony that was gloriously drama and hype-free.

RORY McIlroy also opted for privacy when he tied the knot in Ashford Castle in Mayo with fiancée Erica Stoll. McIlroy’s welloiled and well-paid security detail went into protection overdrive and not one picture of the couple surfaced. Locals and others, above, who gathered in the village of Cong, Co Mayo, hoping for a glimpse, were disappointed.
