The strange tale of what Jack did next...
JACK Reynor has just landed the lead in a new supernatural series due to air on the CBS Television Network in America. Strange Angel is set in 1940s Los Angeles and chronicles the double life of Jack Parsons, acclaimed scientist by day, occult dabbler by night. Reynor’s career took off after his breakthrough role in the Ifta-award winning What Richard Did back in 2012. Since then Jack (pictured with girlfriend Madeline Mulqueen) has divided his time between Hollywood blockbusters such as Transformers: Age of Extinction and Irish films such as the acclaimed Sing Street. Last year was a particularly busy one for Jack – he featured in action thriller Free Fire alongside Oscar-winner Brie Larson, Jim Sheridan’s The Secret Scripture as well as racially-charged drama Detroit.
Next up, he’ll be seen in the chase movie, Kin, with James Franco and Zoë Kravitz. Later in the year, he’ll appear in one of his biggest productions to date, The Jungle Book alongside Cate Blanchett and Benedict Cumberbatch.
