THE prospectus promised that influencers such as Rihanna, Jay-Z and David Beckham would promote Digital Live Aid on social media. No evidence is given of any contact with the celebrities. It also used emotive images such as the prone body of tragic three-yearold Syrian refugee Alan Kurdi to prompt backers into action.
