Why Laura will miss her first Valentine’s Day with hot Scot

SHE has a new TV project that debuts tonight. But Laura Whitmore will be spending St Valentine’s Day solo on Wednesday.

Bray girl Laura is in South Africa, working on new reality TV show Survival Of The Fittest, which kicks off this evening at 9pm on 3e.

But boyfriend, Scotsman Iain Stirling is in the middle of a UK tour with his stand-up comedy act.

‘I think he wanted to come out because he had four days off,’ explained Laura, 32, this weekend. ‘Now it looks like he’s only got two days.’

Laura revealed that the pair, pictured below, keep in regular contact via telephone and Face Time. ‘I actually talk to him more when I’m away. If you’re in the house with someone, watching TV, you’re not concentrating.’
