A LITTLE FAMILIAR...

-

AS well as being located in the heart of wealthy south Co. Dublin, both Gorse Hill, left, and Laragh House, right, boast exquisite terraces and generous, cleverly landscaped grounds. Gorse Hill is the larger house but both evoke a Victorian style. Meanwhile, inside both properties, with dining rooms, drawing rooms, studies and music rooms, recreate an atmosphere of bygone opulence. And like Gorse Hill, Laragh House has had high-profile owners over the years, including Joe ‘Spud’ Murphy, inventor of the Tayto potato crisp.
