AN EASIER ROUTE TO A MORTGAGE

Specialist lender Pepper Money has offered new hope to certain types of borrowers who can’t get loans from other banks. Pepper says it will offer loans for one-bedroom apartments, take a flexible view of selfemployed incomes, and allow borrowers more freedom to include cash gifts from family in their deposits.

It offers special loans for borrowers with credit issues or irregular incomes. Its rates are higher than average and there is a 0.5% arrangement fee.
