Chemistry is right for Dier at Spurs
THE secret to Tottenham Hotspur’s self-confidence is their ‘fantastic chemistry’ off the field according to Eric Dier.
Mauricio Pochettino’s side travel to Crystal Palace today aiming to make it 15 matches unbeaten in all competitions and Dier believes team spirit has played a part in the run. ‘We get on very well on the field and off the field,’ he said. ‘There is fantastic chemistry. I think after the manager’s first season here [in 2014-15], there were a lot of young players going through the same thing at the same time. There are fantastic project with the new stadium.’
And the latest method the players use to bond is the card game Uno, said Dier.
‘Uno is the game at the moment — I don’t even know how it started to be honest.
‘It is addictive and now we are playing Uno more than anything else.’
