NOKIA GO BACK TO THE FUTURE
The Mobile World Congress has been under way all this week in Barcelona. And the oohs and aahs were loudest, once again, for Nokia. This year, they unveiled smartphones for all ages and budgets. Among them was the top -of-the-line, Nokia 8 Scirocco, selling for €749. But the 8110 4G wowed most. Many of us remember Keanu Reeves using the original in The Matrix and it’s back, and has been upgraded for 4G networks. Ideal as a travel or spare phone, it even has the original Snake game and will sell for €79. Samsung showed off the Galaxy S9 and S9+. With 5.8 and 6.2-inch screens, Samsung have focused mostly on improving the camera, adding better low-light performance and a super-slow motion mode. Sony debuted two new sleek handsets, the 5.7-inch XZ2 and slightly smaller XZ2 Compact. Meanwhile, Huawei unveiled a laptop called the MateBook X Pro. It has a power button that doubles as a fingerprint sensor.
