Boyfriend ‘has links to Russian security service’

She heads a secretive research centre – the Institute of Modern Security Problems – where it is believed her son also worked. YULIA Skripal’s mysterious fiancé was named last night as 30-year-old Stepan Vikeev.
Reports have suggested Mr Vikeev and his mother have links to Russian intelligence. He went into hiding following the nerve agent attack in Salisbury and has avoided Ms Skripal’s family.
