MODEL turned mindful meditation coach Light Watkins, above, met Meghan in 2014 when she attended his £1,000, four-day initiation class. After laying an ‘offering’ of flowers and fruit to the gods at a makeshift altar, Meghan was given her own ‘mantra’, to help ‘calm and centre’ the mind. She says: ‘Light is one of the people whose energy is palpable the moment you meet him’, adding that the 46-year-old’s seminars ‘changed my life’.
