Andrea’s girl is a May Day boon

OUR favourite author and television presenter Andrea Hayes welcomed a second daughter, Skylar Grace Torpey, on May Day. Animal lover Andrea, who completed a new series documenting a year in the life of Fota Wildlife Park, has spoken previously about her struggles to conceive. Andrea, 38, her husband Dave and six-year-old daughter Brooke are delighted with the new addition to their family. And the Diary can reveal that PR maven Valerie Roe, whose birthday also falls on May Day, will act as godmother.
