Reece Prescod pulled off the most impressive win of his career in Shanghai with a shock Diamond League 100m victory over Justin Gatlin and Andre De Grasse. The 22-year-old stormed through on the line to record an impressive season’s best of 10.04sec in driving rain, edging out the Chinese pair of Su Bingtian and Xie Zhenye. CJ Ujah, the reigning Diamond League champion, was fourth, with 200m world champion Ramil Guliyev sixth ahead of Gatlin.
