Scissor Sister’s son is charged

THE son of Scissor Sister Linda Mulhall has been charged with burglary and assault, the Irish Mail on Sunday can reveal.

Mark Farrelly was arrested following a burglary at College Orchard, Newbridge, Co. Kildare, on Friday evening. The 24-yearold, with an address at College Gate, Newbridge, was brought before a special court sitting on Saturday where he was charged. His coaccused, also 24, was also charged.

Both men were remanded in custody to Cloverhill and will appear again in court on Wednesday.

Linda Mulhall was jailed for 15 years in December 2006 for her part in the killing of her mother Kathleen’s partner, Farah Swaleh Noor, in March 2005. Linda was released earlier this year.
