THE words notions and begrudgers are probably two of the most overused in the Irish lexicon.
Ronan Keating could be accused of having had ‘notions’ when he Instagrammed a picture of his hand and suggested it could be a future Boyzone album cover.
The boyband singer said he had ‘taken inspiration’ from rapper Kanye West’s latest album cover – which was reportedly shot on his iPhone just before its release.
Kanye and his wife Kim have been widely ridiculed over the snap, for his album Ye, with memes flooding the internet .
But while Keating referred to his wedding band, it was his wrist tattoo, which reads ‘feck the begrudgers’, that drew the attention of his followers.
Keating has just decamped to Australia where he’s landed a spot as a judge on Fox TV’s Talent Show All Together Now. So, despite it being winter in Oz, hopefully Keating will enjoy a warm reception rather than the begrudgery his ink alludes to.
