Shining bright at the IFTAs

GOLDEN girls of the small screen shimmered on the IFTA red carpet this week in floor-length show-stopping numbers.

The colour of the moment proved hugely popular among many on the red carpet, but Fair City favourite Jenny Dixon ditched her usual screen colour of pink in favour of a glamorous gold strapless dress from Angels Boutique, Dublin.

Operation Transformation presenter Kathryn Thomas enjoyed her golden return to the limelight following the birth of her first child, Ellie. After 10 weeks in tracksuits, Kathryn looked radiant in a Synan O’Mahony flowing gown with a silver floral motif design on her stand-out designer dress.

And mum-to-be Glenda Gilson stole the show in couture pregnancy chic wearing a figurehugging dress by Turkish designer Umit Kutluk. Glenda accessorised with a black waist belt to add a touch of her own style to the gown.
