HEART OF A DOG

We hAve two coronary arteries but only one feeds oxygenated blood into the heart. If it gets blocked then that part of the heart dies and we have a heart attack. A dog’s heart has many coronary arteries, so if one becomes blocked the others can still feed blood to that part of the muscle.
