Posh and her sweet secret

THE secrets of Victoria Beckham’s slim figure are usually hush-hush – but It turns out that Posh, 44, right, gets her famous friends to bring her zero-calorie water flavouring. Last week she thanked Elton John’s husband, David Furnish, on Instagram, below, for bringing eight bottles of caramel and chocolate sugarfree water flavouring over from the US. It’s made with liquid stevia, a sugar substitute. Meals at chez Beckham can’t be much fun right now as David is also dieting – on a detox regime that rules out sugar, caffeine, alcohol, eggs, dairy and some veg. The idea of it all is to ‘give the digestive system a break’.
