‘DIRTY COP’ FOUND LOVE WHILE ON BAIL

JIMELL Henry fell in love while she was on bail for disclosing confidential Garda information to criminals. In a number of Facebook posts the disgraced garda smiles happily as she poses with her partner Rob McGowan. A month before she was sentenced to three years, with the final 18 months suspended, she posted pictures of the two with the caption: ‘So much love for this man.’

Ms Henry was flanked by Mr McGowan and her father Kevin Henry as she walked into court to face her punishment.

In the weeks before her sentence she appeared to be enjoying life with her partner and friends. She spent a few days away in Westport and told how she had ‘the best friends’ as she enjoyed evenings out.

This week she kissed her partner and father as she was led away to serve an 18-month sentence.
